Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 T mayonnaise
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3 T chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 2 lb. halibut fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients together and set aside. Preheat oven broiler. Grease a baking dish. Arrange halibut in prepared pan. Broil 8 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork. Spread the Parmesan mixture on top of the fillets and continue broiling 2 minutes longer or until topping is bubbly and lightly browned.
Tip: Line baking sheet with foil and then grease to make clean up easier.
