Liver and Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Oil
  • 2/3 # sliced Beef or Pork Liver
  • 3 About 3 T. Flour
  • 3/4 t. Salt
  • Pepper if desired
  • 1 Large Onion, sliced
  • 3 T. Water
  • Ray Sr. loves Liver and Onions but can only have it once in a while do to Cholesterol.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat Oil in Skillet.

2. Coat liver with Flour and put in skillet. Cook until browned on both sides. Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper.

3. Place sliced Onions on top of Liver and add Water.

4. Cover tightly and cook over low heat about 20 minutes. Add extra water while cooking, if needed.
