Tilapia and Artichokes

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) quartered artichoke hearts, drained.
  • 6 tilapia fillets (about 1 1/2 pounds), thawed if frozen
  • A jar of white sauce (alfredo with garlic or whatever( or your own homemade
  • white sauce.
  • 1 1/2 cups feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Spray and baking dish with cooking spray.

Crumble artichokes in bottom of dish, forming an even layer. Place fellets on top, overlapping an needed. Pour sauce over fish. Cover dish with aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with feta just before serving.
