Step 1
PLACE BEANS AND LIQUID IN SAUCE PAN. PARTIALLY MASH BEANS WITH MASHER.
ON HIGH HEAT, STIR IN SALSA, CHILI POWDER AND BROTH.
BRING TO A BOIL.
TOP WITH CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, ONIONS AN CILANTRO
SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS.
