Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients

• 3 ounce package cream cheese
• 3-4 T chopped cucumber, minus seeds
• 1 T sour cream
• 1/2 t chopped green onion
• 1/4 t salt
• dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together.

Spread on homemade wheat bread

Makes 1/2 cup.
