Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 lb. Boneless Top Round,in strips
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
- 3 tablespoons Almonds, Slivered
- 2 cups Frozen Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Beef Stock
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet and saute beef over medium heat. Stir in ginger, almonds, and broccoli and stir fry another 3-4 minutes. Stir in the stock and soy sauce. Cook until bubbling. Serve with Oriental Brown Rice.
