To make ahead, arrange olives and cheese on the serving platter. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.

Ingredients

  • 32 assorted green and ripe olives
  • 1 8 ounce package feta cheese, cut into 1/2- to 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary

Preparation

Step 1


On a serving platter arrange olives and cheese cubes.
In a small microwave-safe bowl combine preserves and crushed red pepper. Microwave, covered, on 100 percent power (high) for 45 seconds; stir. Drizzle over olives and cheese. Sprinkle with rosemary.
