Bread Machine Monkey Bread - Jessie Weaver

A bread machine makes preparing this yummy, sweet Monkey Bread recipe a snap. Great anytime of day but I really enjoy this first thing in the morning with a hot cup of java. It was delicious as written but next time I'll try adding some chopped pecans. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 cup warm milk (microwave for about 45 seconds)
• 1/3 cup warm water
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 package) instant or bread machine yeast
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Step 1

In order listed (or according to bread machine instructions), place dough ingredients in bread machine. Set to "dough" setting and let it go!
