OREO Strawberry Santa Hat Cookies

Santa's helpers will love these no-bake cookies built on Oreos. In addition to the cookie filling, a sweet cream cheese frosting pairs with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 20 Oreo Cookies (any flavor or colored cream between cookies)
• 20 strawberries, caps removed

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and cream cheese together in small bowl until thoroughly blended. Gently fold in whipped topping.

Use a piping bag or spoon mixture into a small, resealable plastic bag and cut off 1 corner from bottom of bag. Mixture can be made and refrigerated up to 2 days before using.

Carefully pipe the cream cheese mixture onto cookies. Reserve a small amount for tips.

Place one strawberry, cut end down, on each cookie. Press gently into cream cheese mixture to secure.

Pipe the remaining cream cheese mixture onto tips of berries to resemble the top of a Santa hat.
