Dorito Chicken Tenders

Simple juicy, chicken tenders with a Doritos crunch! Don't have Doritos? That's ok, use whatever chips you have on hand. I've used plain Tostitos and they came out great!

Ingredients

• 6 to 10 chicken tenders
• Mayonnaise, enough to lightly coat chicken tenders
• Doritos, as needed (any flavor or any chip)

Preparation

Step 1

Coat the Chicken Tenders with mayonnaise; just enough to cover em lightly.

Crush Doritos and set into a bowl. Will need 3 small bags, or maybe a 1/3rd of a 'normal' sized bag.

Put the Mayo coated Chicken into the Dorito crumbs and coat thoroughly

Set coated Chicken on a sprayed cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

NOTE:

If using toaster oven, lower temp to 325°F and check after 20 minutes (the coating tends to burn)
