Ingredients
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups and 1 tbl reg flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1-1/4 cup salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups finely grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
mix together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Add oil beat 2 minutes
add eggs, vanilla beat for 2 minutes
stir in carrots, pecans, pineapple
Pour into 2 9 inch layers, greased and floured
bake 325 for 45-50 minutes
