Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes (do not use red)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 sticks butter and margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes, drain. Add cream cheese cut up, sour cream, butter, onion powder and salt, pepper to taste. Mix.
Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Heat in a 350 degree oven, add butter if needed, for 30 minutes.
