Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 cups drained sweet potatoes (approx. 1 lg & 1 sm can)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- dash of salt
- 1/8 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the above ingredients until smooth. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Add topping.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
