Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/3 cups french fried onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2.) Combine first four ingredients.
3.) Spoon half the mixture into 2 Qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining potato mixture.
4.) Bake
0 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake another 5 minutes (until onions are golden).
