Ingredients
- 2 cups unflavored bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 1 can crabmeat, drained
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 16 - 21 jumbo shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Clean shrimp under running cold water. Cut down middle of shrimp and devein. Slowly fry the chopped onion and celery in 1/2 cup oil. Add butter at the end. Combine the bread crumbs, crabmeat, and paprika and add mixture to frying pan once frying is done. Stuff shrimp.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
