Spicy Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Lbs. Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 T siracha (or more to taste)
  • Kosher salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Clean and Halve sprouts. Combine all other ingredients. Toss in sprouts. Place on baking tray cut ide down. Bake in 400 oven for 20-30 min., until brown and caramelized on the outside.
