Mert Riddles recipe

Ingredients

• Add:
• Beat until foamy
• 1 1/4 c. veg oil
• 2 c. sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 c. floiur
• 2 tsp. soda
• 2 tsp cnnamon
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• Stir In:
• 2 c. shredded packed carrots
• 2 c. coconut
• 1 c. nuts
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• Frosting:
• 1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese
• 2 c. powdered sugar
• 1/2 stick margerine
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

follow directions as labeled above and add ingredients as listed

with the frosting add a little milk if it appears to thin.
