Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 blocks of mozzarella
- 2 lbs of chicken- grilled
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 3 avocados
- Grape tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Roll out pizza dough and spread mixture over dough
2. Cut mozz into slices and cover dough
3. Chop chicken into slices and spread on cheese
4. Put onion on next
5. Bake for 25 minutes at 425
6. Cut avocado into slices and put on. Spread cut tomatoes on top
