Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 c. Rhubarb
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon ( i use more)
  • 1/3 c. margerine or butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees

place rhubarb in ungreased baking dish 10x6x1 1/2

sprinkle salt

mix sugar flour and cinnamon in a bowl ... add butter or marg. and mix until cruumbly sprinkle over rhubarb

Bake for 40-50 min. or until golden brown, serve with ice cream or whipped cream
