Ingredients
- bag of lemons
- 1 1/2 C sugar (simple syrup)
- 1 1/2 C water (simple syrup)
- ice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 C water
Preparation
Step 1
Remove wide strips of zest from 2 lemons. Make 2 C of simple syrup (bring sugar, zest and water to a boil stirring until dissolved let cool) pour into ice filled pitcher. stir in salt, 2 C of fresh squeezed lemon juice and 2 cups of water. lemon slices optional
