Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 T garlic salt
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 T seasoning salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. top with 2 cups of Ritz crackers, corn flakes, or potato chips, mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
