Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs. frozen hash browns

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • 8

    oz. shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1

    T garlic salt

  • 1

    stick melted butter

  • 1

    pint sour cream

  • 1

    T seasoning salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 casserole dish. top with 2 cups of Ritz crackers, corn flakes, or potato chips, mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
