Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope Mild Italian salad dressing mix
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, well-drained
- 1 pkg (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Triscuit or Wheat Thin crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in broccoli and 1-1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese. Spoon into 9" pie plate or ovenproof crock.
Bake at 350 deg for 20 min.
Sprinkler with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5 min or until cheese is melted.
