Caramelized Apples

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 large apples
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

-Melt butter
-Add apples
-Cook until tender
-Dissolve cornstarch in water
-Add to the apples
-Stir in sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg
-Boil for 2 minutes
