Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork sausage
  • 1 pkg. frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

-Cook sausage and drain
-Prepare hashbrowns according to package using salt and pepper
-Stir together hashbrowns, sausage and cheese
-Pour into a slightly greased 13x9 pan.
-Whisk together eggs, milk and salt.
-Pour over hashbrowns
-Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
