Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna drained
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2-3 green onions chopped
- 1 t apple cider vinegar
- 1 stalk celery, leaves and all, minced
- 1 c fresh parsley, wash and let dry, minced
- 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
- mayo
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium size bowl, add all the above ingredients. Add mayo to your desired consistency. Serve on your favorite bread.
