- 1 Tablespoon of butter
- 1 Tablespoon of Lemon
- 1 Teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper (to Taste)

Step 1
After pan frying fish, remove the fish from the pan. In the same pan you cooked the fish, add the butter, lemon and Worcestershire sauce on low. let cook for 3 to 4 minutes and pour over the fish.
