Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon filet, cut into 4 portions
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together everything except salmon and set aside half the mixture. Lay filets on a plate and brush both sides of each piece with half of syrup mixture.
Grill salmon over medium-low heat about 5 minutes per side or until done. Place on serving plates, drizzle with wit reserved baste and serve.
