Ingredients
- 4 cans sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, divided
- TOPPING
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 crush cornflakes (crush in a bag)
- 1/2 / cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- (I usually double this recipe)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients together, using half of the butter. Pour into a casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes for the double recipe. Mix the topping ingredients , (including the remaining butter. Spread on the casserole and bake 10 more minutes
