Sam's Country Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients

• 3 lbs country-style pork ribs
• 2 tbs adobe sauce from canned chipotle chilis
• 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Coat ribs with adobe sauce and sprinkle bacon on top. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 and 1 1/2 hours. Open foil and brown 10 minutes. Serve with barbecue sauce.
