Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- Favorite Rice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 24 oz. broccoli florets
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook Rice
2. In a small bowl, whisk together all "sauce" ingredients.
3. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
4. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink (2-3 minutes).
5. Add broccoli and cook, stirring frequently, until tender (2-3 minutes).
6. Stir in "sauce" mixture until well combined and slightly thickened, (1-2 minutes). Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and green onion, if desired.
