Ingredients
- beat 2 eggs
- Add 1 can each of regular whole kernel corn and creamed corn....add all juices
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (Melted)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix above ingredients with a whisk or slotted spoon
Add 1 Box jiffy corn muffin mix...stir in well.
Put in casserole and bake @ 350 for 45 min to 1 Hour
