Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 8 tbsp (1 stick or 125 g) butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
Pour into a greased pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
Sprinkle some grated chocolate over the top
