Grilled Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C flat leaf parsley
  • 1 grated Granny Smith apple
  • 8 slices multigrain bread
  • 8 t mango chutney
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. sliced turkey

Preparation

Step 1

Combine parsley & grated apple. spread each of 4 slices with 2 t chutney. Top evenly with cheese, turkey, apple mixture & remaining bread slices. Coat with cooking spray.

Heat large skillet over med heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add sandwiches; cook 3 min until browned. turn, cover & cook 2 min. or until cheese melts
