Ingredients
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T catsup
- 2 t brown sugar
- 1 t Worcestershire
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 16 mini bell peppers
Preparation
Step 1
Place first 7 ingredients in large zip top bag, mixing well. Add pork; refrigerate 1 hour, turning after 30 min.
Preheat grill to med-hi heat.
Remove pork & discard marinade. thread pork evenly onto skewers. Sprinkle evenly with salt. thread mini peppers onto skewers. Arrange skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 min. each side.
