Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 handfuls of fine egg noodles
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cup rice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown noodles and onion in butter.
Add broth and cubes bring to boil.
Add rice, cover, cook over medium heat 20 minutes, then stir and continue till done.
