Ingredients
- 22 pork chops, boneless, trimmed
- 11 egg
- 1/4cup1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4cup1/4 cup almond meal/flour OR finely crushed pork rinds
- 1tsp1 tsp cajun seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix almond flour or pork rinds, parmesan, and cajun seasoning in a plate. In another plate, whisk egg with a fork.
Dip pork chop into egg, then breading, and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with 2nd pork chop.
Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until meat is white and cooked through.
