Low Carb Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 2 pork chops, boneless, trimmed
  • 1 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup almond meal/flour OR finely crushed pork rinds
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp cajun seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°

Mix almond flour or pork rinds, parmesan, and cajun seasoning in a plate. In another plate, whisk egg with a fork.

Dip pork chop into egg, then breading, and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat with 2nd pork chop.

Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes or until meat is white and cooked through.
