Ingredients
- 10 cups of corn kernels, blanched
- 1 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 1 T. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 1/2 T. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
Preparation
Step 1
Combine corn with remaining ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 15 minutes. Pack into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2" headspace. Seal and process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
