Ingredients
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 C halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 T thinly sliced fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk vinegar, oil and Dijon in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and basil, tossing to coat.
