Ingredients
- 1 light English muffin
- 1 ounce smoked salmon, roughly chopped
- 1 sliced extra lean Turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1 slice tomato
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon slice according to package directions, even in the microwave for in the pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Once cool enough to handle, chop the bacon into small pieces.
In a small dish, combine smoked salmon, bacon and onion, mix well.
Split muffin into halves and toast. Spread cream cheese mixture over half of the English muffin. Top with tomato slice. Top with of a half of muffin. Serve.
