Lemon Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 TBS. Lemon Juice
  • 3 TBS Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 Tbs. Lime Juice
  • 8 Chicken Thighs, Boneless and Skinless
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp. Oregano
  • 2 Tsp. Lemon Peal

Preparation

Step 1

Combine lemon juice, lime juice, and mustard. Rinse and dry chicken and brush well with mustard mixture. Set aside. In oven, melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Combine bread crumbs, lemon peal and seasonings. Roll chicken in crumb mixture. Press all of the crumbs onto the chicken. Place in baking pan and bake for 25 minutes @ 350 degrees f. Turn and bake 25 more minutes or until golden.
