White Bean Chili

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. lean ground turkey or beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cans (11.5 oz) tomato vegetable juice
  • 1 tbps. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Cook turkey, onions and green pepper until meat is no longer pink.

Stir in undrained tomatoes, beans, vegetable juice, chili powder and cumin.

Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, cover. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
