Easy Lemon Cake Cookies with Icing

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon cake mix (with pudding in mix)
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• Icing
• 1 cup confectioners sugar
• 1/4 tsp lemon extract
• 1 tbs milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Line baking sheets with foil.

Mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Drop by rounded tespoons onto baking sheets and bake for no more than 8 minutes.

Lemon Icing - mix together confectioners sugar,lemon extract,and milk.
