Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 lbs. sausage
- 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 slices bread, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs and milk together. Brown, drain and cool sausage. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, until knife clean.
