Finger-Lickin-Good Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 12 uncooked jumbo shrimp, peeled
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 6 bacon strips, cut in half
  • 1 0z. pepper Jack or cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cut small slit in back of each shrimp. In large plastic bag, combine dressing and orange juice; add shrimp. Put in refrigerator 30 minutes. Cook bacon only until cooked, not crisp. Drain.
Wrap bacon around shrimp. Secure with toothpicks. Grill or broil until shrimp turns pink.
