Ingredients
- 1 Flatout Flatbread (Rosemary or Rustic White)
- 6 ozs chicken, diced
- 1 head of roasted garlic (at least 10 cloves)
- 1 T EVOO
- 12 c pizza sauce
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 t dried oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Place flatbread on cookie sheet & bake for 2-3 min.
In sm bowl, mash up roasted garlic & oil into a paste. Spread on precooked flatbread. Top with chicken, then pizza sauce. Bake at 375 for 4 min.
Remove from oven; top with oregano & pepper flakes to taste.
