Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil, divided
- 4 (5-6)oz salmon filets
- 1 T coarse salt
- 2 t wasabi powder
- 4 t water
- 1/2 c light sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Oven 300.
brush roasting pan w 1 T oil. Lay salmon, skin side sown, in pan. Brush salmon with remaining oil; season with sat. Bake 20-30.
Dissolve wasabi in water. Whisk into sour cream and season with salt to taste. Add more wasabi if desired. Serve with salmon.
