Ingredients
- 1/3 cup shredded leftover roast beef
- 1 7-8 inch flour tortilla
- 1 tbsp bottled barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp shredded Monterrey jack cheese
- 2 tbsp packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange beef on tortilla. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with cheese and broccoli. Roll up. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for up to 24 hours.
