cup shredded leftover roast beef
7-8 inch flour tortilla
tbsp bottled barbecue sauce
tbsp shredded Monterrey jack cheese
tbsp packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)
Arrange beef on tortilla. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with cheese and broccoli. Roll up. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for up to 24 hours.
