Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chicken thoroughly with cool water. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and
pepper in large bowl. Refrigerate chicken in marinade for 1 hour.
Preheat grill until it reaches medium heat.
Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
